29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : a) The company had not performed the annual audiometric testing for the blaster since November 8, 2011. The blaster was monitored and determined to still be exposed to continuous noise at an 8 hour time weighted average of 92.2 dBA over the 435 minute sampling period on June 5, 2013 with a zero increment for the 45 minutes not sampled.
