Employees were using products that were combustible, and chemicals such as, but not limited to, Toluene at concentrations of approximately 25.0%, and Xylene at concentrations of approximately 10.0%.  Employees were exposed to the hazards associated with exposure to hazardous chemicals and/or the hazards associated with fire.
