On or about May 30, 2013, in the casting department area employees operated the Dewalt radial arm saw, model 83070026, serial 395727 without a guard for the lower exposed portion of the blade, being exposed to an amputation hazard. b. On or about May 30, 2013, in the wood fabrication area an employee operated the B&D Dewalt 24-inch radial arm saw, without a complete guard for the lower exposed portion of the blade, being exposed to an amputation hazard.
