29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(C): Receptacles used on temporary wiring were not of the grounding type:  Interior of building, Southeast side:  On or about May 29, 2013, an employee was exposed to an electrical hazard while operating an electric, hand held Grabber Rocker 4060 Screw Gun that was connected to an electrical outlet via a 75 foot flexible electrical cord which was missing the grounding prong on the male plug.
