Residential house, 208 Market Street Amsterdam, NY 12010 - On or about 5/30/13, one extension ladder was used to access the second floor roof, and it's side rails did not extend at least three feet above the roof. An employee, delivering roofing material, was using this ladder to climb onto or off of the roof. The employee was exposed to a twenty foot fall hazard.
