On or about May 22, 2013, the mezzanine platform next to dry line #7, did not have a mid-rail and the top rail was not 42 inches from the platform, exposing employees to a 5 feet fall hazard.

On or about May 22, 2013, in the winding room, the Polymet used for winding material did not have a guard covering the ingoing nip points and rotating parts, exposing employees to a caught-in hazard.    b.  On or about May 22, 2013, in dry line #1, the Argentine Closer used to seam the cans did not have a guard covering the rotating parts of the machine, exposing employees to a caught-in hazard.
