29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 400 Salisbury St in the Reserve at Salisbury Holden, MA: On or about April 5, 2013, an employee was observed walking on the sill plate, more than 9 FT above the floor below, of an interior wall doing prep work for the placing of roof trusses without any fall protection, which is not in accordance with this subpart: The Umanzor Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) 13 which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312851777, citation number 1, item number 1,and was affirmed as a final order on December 8, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at18232 Sonterra Pl San Antonio, TX.
