29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Employees replacing the roof on a community building with a 6 in 12 pitch, located at the fair grounds near the intersection of Shirley Yeager Memorial Dr and Horton St, Fort Scott, KS 66701, were exposed to fall hazards of 10' eave to ground in that fall protection was not used.
