29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    a- Building L, 193 Tenby Chase Road, Delran NJ: On or about 05/29/13, company employees performing soffit and facia replacement activities from a ladder jack scaffold, were exposed to falls hazards of approximately 14 feet to the ground surface below when they were not provided with any fall protection, guard rails, safety nets, etc.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a- Building H, 193 Tenby Chase Road, Delran NJ: On or about 05/29/13, company employees performing performing roof rip, tear, and replacement activiites from a pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards greater than 18 feet 8 inches to the ground surface below when they were not provided with any fall protection, guard rails, safety nets, etc.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): A training program was not provided to each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, to enable that employee to recognize the hazards of falling, and be trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards:    a- Buildings H & L, 193 Tenby Chase Road, Delran NJ: On or about 05/29/13, company employees performing soffit and facia replacement activities from a ladder jack scaffold as well as employees performing roof rip, tear, and replacement activiites from a pitched roof were exposed to falls hazards greater than 14 feet to the ground surface below when they were not provided with any fall protection, guard rails, safety nets, etc.        NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDTIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 as per 29 CFR 1903.19.
