29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency.   a) Tower crane barricade, center of jobsite at building foundation level:   An egress door on temporary wood barricade around the base of the tower crane was obstructed by bracing installed for the metal formwork and would not allow the only means of egress from teh tower crane to open. Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. On or about 05/21/13.  Note:  Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection case file, the employer need not submit certification of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
