29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:  On or about May 30, 2013, the outlet and light switch boxes located in the hallway of the export building were missing the cover plates. This condition exposed the employees to an electrical hazard.
