29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:   (a)   Normans Roofing LLC at 11697 Perry St, Westminster, CO 80031:  On June 1, 2013 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee installing waterproofing material and shingles on the second level roof on a two-story residential home was wearing a fall harness; however, the harness was not attached to the lanyard of the fall protection system. The pitch of the roof was 6-in-12. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet.
