29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Gl Quality Construction LLC at 9750 Memphis St, Commerce City, CO 80022: On June 1, 2013 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees working on the top plate securing roof trusses on the second level of a new residential home were wearing fall harnesses; however, the harnesses were not attached to the lanyards of the fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet.
