29 CFR 1926.55(b):     Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not implemented to reduce employee exposure(s):    a) At the G evaporator construction site, on or about May 30, 2013 and at times prior to, employees who worked in the vicinity of intermittent hydrogen sulfide releases used MSA Altair gas detectors that were not bump tested before each day's use, resulting in a chemical hazard.
