29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: a) On or about May 30, 2013, and times prior thereto, at the Bacon County school jobsite in Alma, GA, at the outside diesel refueling station behind the GC trailer, the employer failed to ensure that two diesel tanks used as dispensing units to refuel forklifts were protected against collision damage from vehicular traffic, exposing its own and subcontractor employees to fire hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
