29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. 1. In the production area, employees were using a duplex metal junction box with knockouts as an extension cord to energize a seven (7) inch press. 2. Inside of the production area, employees were using a fourplex metal junction box with knockouts as an extension cord to energize a 2200A press.
