A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors. a) Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold, Elizabeth, NJ facility Shipping & Receiving: The Employer did not ensure that the exit door was unlocked and is able to be opened without special knowledge to provide free and quick exiting in case of an emergency. 29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): New audiograms were not obtained annually for each employee exposed to noise at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 dBA. a) Freeport McMoran Copper & Gold, Elizabeth, NJ facility Production Areas: Employees exposed to continuous noise levels that were equivalent to 70.57% and 71.32% of the allowable 50% dose of for an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) did not obtain new audiograms annually. These exposures are equivalent to an 8-hour TWA o 87.4 dBA and 87.5 dBA respectively. Sampling time were 430 and 429 minutes respectively. Zero exposures are assumed for all unsampled time. Condition noted on/or about July 10, 2013.
