29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At the site, four employees were working in the baskets of two aerial lifts without harnesses and lanyards, exposing workers to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet. The employer, Leo Guiterrez, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314339086, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on April 5, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 10880 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress, TX 77433.
