29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person was exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     a)  In the kitchen, on or about June 4, 2013 - A mounted bottle of eyewash solution was available for use as an emergency eyewash unit. This eyewash bottle did not provide 15-minutes of continuous flush.    b)  In the laundry room, on or about June 4, 2013 - A mounted bottle of eyewash solution was available for use as an emergency eyewash unit. This eyewash bottle did not provide 15-minutes of continuous flush.
