29 CFR 1926.760(d)(1): Guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems and their components shall conform to the criteria in 1926.502 (see Appendix G to this subpart). On or about 05/23/2013 at the Ambulatory Care Center Construction Project, the employer did not comply with the criteria of 1926.502(d)(16)(iii) in that employees were using personal fall arrest systems that exposed the employees to contact with lower levels.
