(b) Jobsite located at Brandywine Senior Living, 311 Route 73, Voorhees, NJ, 1st floor hallway, outside room 145: The scaffold in use by employees to elevate them to a height where they could install drywall, approximately 6 feet above a concrete floor, contained one 10 inch plank on the top level and one 10 inch plank on the lower section of the top level, observed on or about 3/5/13.
