29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:  a.  2660 Pinemeadow Court, Duluth, GA (Throughout Facility) - Employees were exposed to entrapment hazard.  There were several designated, marked, and identified emergency exit doors located throughout the facility which were hidden by 21 feet high storage racks, stocked with boxes of storage items, throughout the entire facility.  There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel, on or about 06/05/13.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a.  2660 Pinemeadow Court, Duluth, GA (Throughout Facility) - Employees were exposed to fire hazard.  Several portable fire extinguishers in the warehouse were not mounted and marked/identified as to its location.  There were portable fire extinguishers hidden behind storage racks poles, making it difficult to access the fire extinguishers in the event of an emergency.  Employees are required put out incipient stage fires if one should occur, on or about 06/05/15.
