29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: Die and Tool Repair area - Employee operating the West-Ward 6 Bench Grinder was exposed to tool jamming hazards in that the work rest on the right side of the operator was adjusted to 0.25 inch from the grinding wheel. 29 CFR 1910.19(c)(1) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
