29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) Jobsite, 1800 Lombard Street, Unit 12 - An employee was performing roofing operations within 3' of an unprotected edge from a 7' x 8' flat roof 35' above ground level without being trained in fall protection. The exposed employee did not know the trigger height for fall protection on or about 6/5/13.
