29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c): (a) At the worksite, located in the 3100 Block North Valderas, in Angleton, Texas, on or about 06/05/2013 - Employees staging for repair work of a fiber optic line were exposed to engulfment and struck-by hazards while working in an excavation five feet in depth or greater without full protection from the possibility of collapse or cave-in.
