29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables shall not be used. On or about June 5, 2013; at the center of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize a damaged extension cord to power a radial saw. Employees used the saw to cut lumber for framing.
