29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:    a.   On or about June 3, 2013, at the edges of the north and south sides of the paint spraying platform, there were no guardrails, exposing employees to a 13 feet fall hazard.    b.  On or about June 3, 2013, on the edges of the mezzanine catwalks, there were no guardrails, exposing roof assembly employees to a 10 feet fall hazard.

On or about June 3, 2012, in the frame shop, paint spraying platform, floor assembly, and wall set areas, employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by overhead suspended loads in that they did not wear hard hats.

On or about June 3, 2013, in the floor department, the pendant control for the 2-ton Duff crane had broken button covers and was encrusted with paint and tape, making the control identifications illegible.
