29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: (a) On or about June 3, 2013, the employer did not protect employees from electrical hazards from an extension cord used to power equipment in the work trailer that was laid across the driveway of a condominium complex and being run over by automobiles.
