29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  a) Roof - On or about June 6, 2013, an employee was exposed to fall hazards when working on a low-sloped roof approximately 10 feet high without adequate fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  a) On or about June 6, 2013 and at times prior thereto at the worksite; employees were performing roofing activities, on a low-sloped roof at an approximate height of 10 ft, without the employers verification of having any fall protection training.
