29 CFR 1926.25(c): Containers were not provided for other oily, flammable, or hazardous wastes, such as caustics, acids, harmful dusts, etc.    At the jobsite; employees and subcontract employees were required to work in and around the work area/walkway that contained Dominion 2L Termiticide/Insecticide which contained hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Imidacloprid, exposing employees and subcontract employees to contact hazards.
