29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):   Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system.     a) Linden & 8th Streets, Camden: Employees installing plastic weatherproof sheeting on the flat roof of a two story commercial building under construction were not provided adequate fall protection (PFAS, safety nets, guardrails, etc.) and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20  feet, from the roof to the ground.  Observed on or about 6/6/2013.       NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
