29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Linden & 8th Streets, Camden: Employee installing roof parapet framing on the flat roof of a two story commercial building under construction were not provided adequate fall protection (PFAS, safety nets, guardrails, etc.) and was thus exposed to a fall hazardsof greater than 20 feet, from the roof to the ground. Observed on or about 6/6/2013.
