Klean-Wall is corrosive containting sulfuric and phosphoric acids. Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:Note: Toeboards are only required when persons can pass, there is moving equipment or there is equipment with which falling materials could create a hazard. a) On or about June 5, 2013, and at times prior thereto, there was no guardrail or other means of fall protection for the storage mezzanine located above the office and restroom. Workers using an extension ladder to access the area for equipment and tanks were exposed to an 8.5 to 9 feet fall hazard to the concrete surface below. Abatement certification is required.
