29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(20): When ascending or descending a ladder, the user shall face the ladder. (a) Front Range Seamless Gutter, Inc. @ 6877 Alister Lane, Timnath, CO 80547: On and before June 5th, 2013, the employer did not ensure an employees using an extension ladder descended the ladder while facing it. An employee egressing a residential roof descended the ladder not facing the rungs. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a) Front Range Seamless Gutters, Inc. @ 6877 Alister Lane, Timnath, CO 80547: On and before June 5th, 2013, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in gutter installation activities while working at the unprotected edges of the roof on a single-family home. An employee was not utilizing a fall protective system. An employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10'. Front Range Seamless Gutter, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314663378, Citation Number 1, Item 1 issued on May 4th, 2011, and became Final Order on May 31st, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2507 Rocky Mountain Ave., Loveland, CO 80537.
