29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 7, 2013 at the address listed above employees were performing roofing work and were not utilizing fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10.3-12.5 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
