29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the site located at 2760 West Walker, League City, TX: On June 4, 2013 an employee performing framing and sheeting work on a roof with a slope 5:12 with unprotected sides and edges between 9 feet and 22 feet above ground level, exposing the employee to a fall hazard. The employer, Oscar Gonzalez, was previously cited for a violation of this equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313553422, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 8, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 17225 Hafer, Houston, TX 77090.
