29 CFR 1926.24: The employer did not develop and maintain an effective fire protection and prevention program at the job site throughout all phases of the construction, repair, alteration, or demolition work. Jobsite: Stairtower in alley way. Highly flammable acetylene gas was located immediately adjacent to the stairtower that served as the primary means of egress for demoltion workers on the upper floors of the building.
