29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(vii): Ladders were not used in a manner for which they were intended.     a) Westside of building - On or about June 1, 2013, and at times prior to, employees used an aluminum A-frame stepladder Type III, Model 408-6, while the ladder was closed to transition onto the  fixed ladder attached to the side of the building, exposing employees to fall hazards up to about 5 feet.       ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
