29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): the employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. a.) Targeted Pet Treats - On or about June 7, 2013, and at times prior thereto, company employees worked with and around hazardous materials including but not limited to, solvents, and cleaning agents. The company had not conducted Hazard Communication training with all company employees who were potentially exposed to hazardous materials.
