29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not provided, used and maintained when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) On or about, 06/10/13, in the Niagara Falls International Airport, Employer failed to enforce the use of seat belts as a form of protective equipment for employees operating a Belt Loader and a Strobe Tug manufactured by Tug Technologies Corporation. b) On or about 06/10/13, in the Niagara Falls International Airport, Employer did not provide seat belts as a form of protective equipment to employees operating baggage handling tractors and airport vehicles such as, but not limited to: a Pushback Tug manufactured by Tug Technologies Corporation; a Baggage Handling Tractor/Tug manufactured by Harlan and a Belt Loader manufactured by International Scout. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
