29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments:    a) Steam Turbine Alternative Resources, Marion, Ohio:  On or about October 9, 2013, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with training on electrical safety-related work practices, such as but not limited to electrical shock hazards, arc flash/blast hazards, proper verification techniques and protective equipment for the face, head, hands and body to protect against electrical hazards while working on or near energized or potentially energized conductors.  Employees engaged in fuse changing activities along with general electrical service/repair and did not utilize electrical safety-related work practices.
