29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Retail Space, 6516 Kitten Lake Drive, Midland - An employee was working inside a Genie aerial lift truck approximately 10 feet high without the positioning device being attached by lanyard to the basket or the boom of the lift, while installing metal stubs. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard.
