29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: a) Jobsite located at 16 Salem Avenue, Spring Lake NJ 07762: Company employees from MRP were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground surface below when they were using a ladder pump jack scaffold that did not have guardrails on the open sides while employees were installing the siding on the residence under renovation. Occurred on or about 05/30/2013.
