29 CFR 1910.132(a): Application. Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided, used, and maintained wherever it is necessary by reason of hazards of chemical hazards encountered in a manner capable of causing injury or impairment in the function of any part of the body through absorption, inhalation or physical contact. Eating area; employees did not wear gloves while wiping down eating tables and surfaces with Pure Bright Germicidal Ultra Bleach, a corrosive that contained chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide, exposing the employee to contact hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers shall obtain or develop a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produce or import. Employers did not have a material safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. At the jobsite; the employer did not maintain a material safety data sheet for Pure Bright Germicidal Ultra Bleach, a corrosive and contained hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to sodium hypochlorite and chlorine, exposing employees to hazards.
