OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by vehicular traffic: a) East Mountain Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA: Employees performing tree removal operations, while within the roadway and on the road shoulder, were not protected from vehicular traffic by the use of proper warning signs and/or other traffic control devices, as observed on or about June 11, 2013.
