HOFFMASTER WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.147(c)(6)(i) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312554447, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 (a) AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 4/13/2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE AT 2920 N. MAIN STREET, OSHKOSH, WI. 54901 ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
