29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): The employer did not ensure that flexible cords were connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided which would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) At the site, where the employees were using a Belkin electrical power cord strip that had multiple receptacles to supply power tools and a GE Microwave. The strain relief on the power cord was damaged, exposing the conductors. This condition exposed the employees to an electrical hazard.

The receptacles on the power strip cord were missing the receptacle covers, exposing electrical parts. This condition exposed the employees to an electrical hazard.
