29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about June 11, 2013, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to falls in excess of 25 feet while performing roofing activities without the benefit of a fall protection system. Castle Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 313716052, Citation 1, Item 2, issued December 28, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 2653-2669 Estes Street, Lakewood, CO 80227. This citation became final on January 15, 2010.
