29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure to bloodborne pathogens: (a) Allergy & Asthma Medical Center - The employer did not develop and implement a written exposure control plan for employees who are exposed to bloodborne pathogens while providing allergy shots, on or about June 11, 2013. ABATEMENT NOTE: The exposure control plan shall contain at least the following elements: 1. The exposure determination required by paragraph (c)(2). 2. The schedule and method of implementation. 3. Methods of Compliance. 4. The procedure for the evaluation of circumstances surrounding exposure incidents as required by paragraph (f)(3)(i) of this standard. 5. HIV and HBV Research Laboratories and Production Facilities. 6. Hepatitis B Vaccination and Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-Up. 7. Communication of Hazards to Employees. 8. Recordkeeping for this standard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
