29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket. At the job site, on June 3 2013, employees working from a Skyjack Scissor lift Model SJ6832RT serial number 37000726 was climbing from the hand rails over and on to ibeams that where being hung by the crew, exposing the employees to falls from heights over 19 feet.
